I am purchasing a property in resale Lucknow. The original plot belonging to the owner 'A' was sold to in 1959 to another person Mr. H. The document copy is available.
Mr. B expired and left his wife Mrs. W and two sons Mr. S1 and Mr. S2.
As W was very old, she gave GPA in 1994 to her son S1 to deal with all the matters related to property.
The property (plot with a house) was sold by W, S1 and S2 to a construction company C with having 6 persons, 4 acting as directors. W did not sign the documents but rhe reference to the GPA is given in sale deed.
The company C constructed a bulding with 24 flats and sold the flats with sale deeds in 1998. The sale deed was signed by only one of the directors.
I am purchasing one flat from the owner of the flat.
i have copies of documents for 1959, copy of GPA by Mrs. W, copy of sale deed between sellers and company C and original sale deed between company C and present owner.
What else is required in my possession for purchasing the flat. What origials and whatin copies. The land original is not with any of the flat owners.
