Challenge against dv interim maintenance.

Recently wife's DV Interim Maintenance petition was approved by JMFC court and 6000 pm maintenance amount was passed. Previously I had submitted ex-parte order on RCR in my favour. I heard if decree of RCR in favour of husband then wife is not eligible to get maintenance.  Please let me know what options I have to challenge this order.

IF husband won RCR, he need not pay money to you.  Simple.

If while passing DV maintenance, the court has taken note of your ex-parte RCR decree, then you try your luck by filing appeal in ASJ court.  There is no hard and fast rule that RCR decree immunes maintenance orders.
