challenge the probate order

6 years ago my brothers got unregistered will from the father(property is ancestral property) and probated in the district court without made me as a party....recently it was came to my knowledge...now I want to challenge the probate order ...which court I can file application under which provision?

Order of Granting probate may be challenged within 90 days from the date of order before High Court..
