Change of name

            I am residing in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu and I would like to change my 13 years old VII Std. studying daughter's name.  Her name was not entered in  Date of Birth Certificate (only date of birth & Parent's details alone entered).  But in Ration Card, School records (8th Std.) & Communitiy Certificate, the name was entered.  Recently, we also entered the name in Adhaar Card registration.  

           Hence, the Procedure for Change of Name may kindly be intimated to me  early.
