My Rental accommodation in the name of my deceased mother
There are in all 8 beneficiaries
(Hakkadar-legal heairs) including me. In this case..the landlord has filed a suit for eviction in Kalyan court.The s suit is pending for decision since 2008.
Please advise about the Legal process for submitting Release Deed.(Hakka sod patra) I get consent from all these members (1) whether I have registered this document at Dy Registrar of the area concerned on Rs 200/- Stap paper .(2)or all of us have to appear in court before a magistrate to executive/sign this deed?
(3) Or any other advice./ Suggestion?

Because I wish to change the Rental accommodation in my name with consent from all the remaining legal heirs this dee ared in my favor?
