Changing the Power of Attorney in mid-case

Dear all,

i have filed a suit for possession in sub-court by my power agent.. now my power agent is very busy in his business so he request me to cancel his power and asked me to appoint new one as my power agent..
i have consult my advocate regarding my power agent request(cancellation of power).. he said yes, and i cancelled the previous one and i appointed the new power agent in this case..
now the other side counsel is arquing there is no way to accept this new power agent and so to dismiss this suit accordingly..

It is baseless argument by the other side advocate.  PA holder can be changed at any time.

you can cancell the GPA and assign to some one, always see that the document will be registered.
