thanks for reply .may u suggest to distinguish from original and forged promissory note--the judge can accept prayer to rewrite promissory note from plaintiff and defendant, rather to refering to hand writing expert. has evidence any such law ?
can a person sue separately filling separate name in cheque and promissory note ?
