I am in delhi and a 498 a case is filed against me in kerala.
As per my lawyer, summon has been issue, and i did not receive the summon so i could not attend the court proceeding neither my lawyer was aware of it earlier.
next hearing is in feb mid , is possible to get copy of chargesheet before attending the court in feb.
what is the procedure of the same.

first of all do not appear on the dat ewhen the summon is isssued because summon is issued after cognigance is taken in case 498(a) or any section so as soon as u will appear u will arrested , so first get a anticipatory bail than appear in the court and do it fast
