MY 498A anticipatory bail is pending in Court. ..However, police had submitted Chargesheet for the said FIR in court recently Can somebody advise what should we do on next date of hearing in court for Anticipatory bail? Shall we withdraw Anticipatory bail application and file Regular Bail in Trial Court? ? Please advise learned lawyers.

You must immediately file regular bail application in the trial court as you have not been arrested till date nor anticipatory bail granted. As far application for A. B can be withdrawn after regular bail is allowed as that application becomes infructous.
