Before one month One person called me from Delhi and told me about some offer given by travelport. He told me that travelport has very good offer for you and you have been selected for this offer because you used to travel regularly. I was not knowing about travelport before that. He told travelport clubleisue will provide benefit of 25000 in 5000 Rs only. You have to deposit 5000 rs and 10% service tax and we will send u a card and many coupons which is given in hi sight travelport.in (Special offers). That offer was good and i deposited 5500 to travelport account. but till date i have not received anything. Later i contacted travelport office mumbai they said we don’t deal this directly and we have given this work to some contractor based in delhi given some mail id. I mailed but no reply . Later when I searched on net about this I found that there are many complain about this company and many peoples has been cheated by travelport.in and clubleisure.
Anybody please tell me what should I do now. How can I get my money back and lodge complain. www.travelport.in is the site and everything is given in this site also.
