A chit fund registered company cheated by taking the amount and entering the same in the pass book provided by the company and did not given the amount when the chit lifted but the company promissed to pay the amount saying today and tomorrow. But at last the chit member filed a complaint with the police for cheating against the managing director, his wife as she is also one of the directors and the foreman who is conducting chits and the police did not taken a note of it for a long time and reasons best known to them and at last with so many efforts the police issued FIR agamist only on the managing director leaving the others. Under the circumstances can we file a private complaint on the basis of complaint given to the police and the managing director is influential and our claime is rs.30 lakhs.kindly adivice on this.
