cheque bounce u/s 138 NI act notice not served on accused.
A post dated Cheque was issued by accuse before 6 months for a loan amount. and it was bounce. the accused left the town before 3 months no address for him to serve the notice. please some one help

This would be good enough to show that the notice was served and then you may proceed with the legal action.
