a friend of mine ,was an additional director in a company having authority to sign cheques on behalf of the company , unfortunataly one cheque of his signature bearing was dishonoured ,and a case has been filed against him ,what are safe gaurds available to him, other director who has jointly signed the cheque has escaped .
Dear All, I have opened a current account and given the rs 50000 cheque to icici bank but cheque is dishonored by sign mismatch and I am ready to give another cheque for the same but branch said account will be closed due to this and I am worried that I have received all documents from the bank like cheque ATM all pins and I have given the account no.to other company for transaction so please help me and also talked to icici customer care he said don't worry account won't be closed you can resubmit another cheque so please help me sir.
