Please let me know that, if the Chque is lost before the beginning of the trial under S. 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, What is the resource to over come the same. Whether the Photocopy of the cheque is admissible in evidence and the same may be marked by the court. Please advise and suggest and provide me if at all any judgements are there in respect of the above facts.
