Cheque present

I took the dealership of company in 2011 and handed over D.D, of Rs 2,00,000/- along with two blank cheques undated and without date in favour of company. But when the agreement send to me the two blank cheques are not mentioned in the agreement. So I issue a letter yo company either mention two cheques in agreement or return the cheques otherwise I will stop the cheques. But the company not ready to mention in agreement and nether issue issue me the letter in this regard. But two days back the said cheques present by company which is stopped by me three years back.without any settlement in account and informed four years back (2012). Kindly guide what to do i nthis matter.
