my wife is working in OBC (Oriental Bank of commerce) , please advise if she can take child care leave. actually we had a one premature baby boy ( delivery in 6 month) and on 20th April -2019 maternity leave will be finish. so can she take child care leave after 20th april-2019. if yes plz advise any proceedure.. that will be very helpful for us..

Dear queriest, Child Care Leave up to 2 years to all Government (women) employees in the entire service career, to look after 2 eldest children up to the age of 18 years. Some banks also issued orders for child care leave. so please check your bank rules.
