U can opt for KHULA  either through mutual consent or a court decree.But U have to provide valid reasons, the husband may object, U ought to have witnesses from UR side to substantiate the reasons. If through a court decree the court must be satisfied with the merits. U will have to undergo IDDAH also, and during that period U are not  permitted to remarry.( U must be knowing what IDDAH means). U have a right to claim custody of children but U loose the right once u remarry.
