Child maintenance

Can court decline to allow maintenance u/s 125 for minor child, where father has been deprived of meeting the child due to wife's desertion (along with child) and conduct? Is there any judgment where court disallowed maintenance for minor child to wife on any ground?

File a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and for child custody in the appropriate court. If your wife do not want to show the child, then you should seek the remedy from the court. Any how you are liable to pay maintenance to the wife and your children. Please consult the expert to have some favorable orders to you.
