Hi, i am a Hindu boy and i have married a muslim girl. We have done our marriage registered under Special Act. Recently we had a boy baby.Myself and my wife wish to bring up the kid following Muslim religion. So is it legally possibile for a kid to be a muslim eventhough his father is a hindu. Will there be any issues in his education, marriage etc in future for having a hindu father and practising muslim religion. Or should i do any thing legally to have my wife to be a guardian for my kid. (since she is a muslim).
