Child stay and custody

Hi All,

My (husband's) bail rejected and going to JC soon in 304B. Daughter 13+.
My only question right now is: During time period of my custody and before I come out on Reg. Bail, can judge force my daughter to stay with maternal grandparents, or my daughter can choose to stay with her paternal aunt (she is adamant on staying with paternal and not staying with maternal) ? (Note: I am 100% innocent, but needless to say, that my innocence will be given by judge at end of trial.)

My only question right now is on child custody, as above . Kindly suggest. Thank you.

In the case of a minor child, both the parents have an equal right over the child after divorce. If there’s no mutual consent, the family courts decide who is going to stay with the kid and make major life decisions for him or her.

The simplest way is to contact the best custody lawyer who can guide you through the whole process and save you the bare minimum of stress.
