How much possibility in stoping the harrasments by the chit fund companies/their legal staff by quoting the court order for an attachment against the chit member.???
Why the courts are giving the house attachments instead salary attachments eventhough the guarantors are government servants.
How to stop them from harrasing just by saying the attachment orders from the court.
Please guide & give suggestion in this regard.

1- The Court Attchment order- for attchment beofre or after judgment !
2- Decree passed or not !
3- Summons Serviced or not !
all the abve to be considered
4- If the amoutn is due to be paid to Chit fudn company - file a petition beforee the Court for raiisng the attachment and pray for payment in stallments !
5- It is better to contact locla Court advocate to come to a conclusion and releif on the issue !

Most of the chit fund co get decree from out of state courts. Apply for stay in lcoal court for excution and to to the original court for acrtion , you will get relief.
