Hi, I have a bungalow at vashi wherein part occupancy had been taken initially, however full occupancy was never taken in the past 20yrs. Lease deed from cidco is in my name. now I want to sell the property and though the house is there the buyer wants to break and rebuild the entire house. Do I still need to take full occupancy before selling or CIDCO would allow me to get it transferred to the new buyer and the new buyer takes new occupancy after rebuilding. Please advice
