I am in need of citations /judments passed by the SCI which allows the quashing of 498-A through 482 CrPC..There is only judgment of Geeta Merhotra Vs State of U.P...IS THERE ANY MORE WHICH HAS PROVIDED RELIEF TO RELATIVES OF HUSBAND THROUGH QUASHING U/S 482 CrPC??
