Sir I have a registered will the property was given to me by my aunty she is no more . she had no children so my lawyer filed an affidivate by my another aunty who is sister of The deceased. My lawyer made a detail family tree of my aunty side and through my another aunty made affidivAte for her name which includes her children's also and in the affdivate she mentioned that the will is true and the property should be in my name. But the city survey department rejected and told me that the property first belongs to my aunty husband side so there affidivate should be made and if they have no objection then t he property will be transferred in my name. My question is the property was self acquired by my aunty and her husband was no more I am her real sister son she had love and affection with me so she made a registered will in my name so why I have to take concerns by her husband side. I don't know wt to do pls give me correct directions

If it is in Maharashtra insist for written orders to be passes and then appeal to Superintendent land record . But in City survey office present your statement properly
