Agar engagement me ladki wale ne paisa kharcha kiya hai to woh paisa wapas kar do. You will be safe. Nahi to aapne unhe dhoka diya aur cheat kiya aisa complaint woh kar sakte hai. Kyoki society me ladki ka engagement break karne ke bad uski shadi par aasar padta hai. Pahle hi soch samaj karke kadam uthana chahiye. Woh samaj me manhani to hai . Defamation case bhi woh kar sakte hai.
