Civil death certificate of a missing person

My paternal uncle is traceless from 1968 from his residence in Kolkata. Though a FIR was lodged with Kolkata Police in 1968 but we do not have a copy of the same and we are not able to trace a copy from Police Station. In this scenario what is the other alternative to obtain a Civil Death Certificate.

U see whether it has submitted to court in 1968or they have submitted any report to court about missing complaint. Contact local advocate.
