A purchased a flat from B ( Developer) and C owner. Sale deed is also registered. But while occupying the flat physically, it is observed that connections to basic amenities such as Electricity, water and Sewerage are not provided. Even C is obstructing for occupation of the premises. What is the remedy available to A
