Hi my grandmother died this year she has 5 daughters n 4 sons and after she got expired all daughters filed case against their 4 brothers for property share ( which was in the name of my grandmother) and they want half share of all daughters I.e 1/9 share. Can you please tell what if we don't go to court (for replying the summons) as my mother is a widow so can she do some mercy application for not fighting the case or is there something to win the case. What should we do pls advise do judge really give property rights to daughters if they already have full bank balance.
