Civil..senior parents

Sir i would like to know..that a senior citizen parents can directly file a writ in high court against their son and daughter in law for suit of permanent evection...which is sef earned property......is there any possibilty that they can file directly in high court...

As such no WRIT petition is required to be filed when alternate remedy is already available. Just file a police complaint in this regard and also suit for eviction/ possession & permanent Injunction against the daughter in law and son.

Writ doesn't lie,you may file petition for eviction and maintenance before SDM Court against your son/daughter in law under the provisions of Senior citizens welfare Act 2007.

@bhartesh ji..thankz....but sir there is no such provision that they can file petition in high court...

Respected members...juat wana know can my parents file pettotion directly in high court and will the court take the matter in consideration.......for making son and dil out of their property
