We filed partition suit in district court and won the case.
Opposition party went for appeal in high court and the same was dismissed.
Meanwhile filed EP and is pending. Suggest how to fasten EP.
Also as the case was dismissed can they go for further appeal or not.

Appeal is a matter of right, which may be claimed by aggrieved party to the case.
No one (expect party him/herself) can presume his / her intention qua filing of an appeal.
No short-cut method do exist for speedy execution of order/ judgment / decree except as laid down in Order XXI of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908
