my brother has filed a civil case under specific relief act a year ago. i was not aware as i did not receive any summon by the court. i just get to know that case has reached witness stage and even witness has been done as of now.i visited one lawyer and he told me to wait for decree as i cant enter the case at this stage of the case.we are not even staying in that house and in the papers filed my brother has filed wrong allegations against me like i brought customers to sale the house, threatening them, trying to vacate the house etc etc.may i please know if i could somehow enter the case at this stage.
It seems that case is decided on exparty .U must have received court summons now wait for decree and then approach advocate to set aside exparty decree
