I have a question.
Mr A paid consideration to farmer and regitered land title in favour of B ( is gift but no documentation) now after 15 years dud to increase in prices A is demanding the land (not money) back.
My question can law permit his claim
( transaction is from maharashtra state)

Hello sir, I have a solution, but read it out properly before considering as this is a very serious topic. See Mr. A cannot ask for the land back, but for this especially good legal advice that I have offered you, I think Mr B should give their land to me. (As a gift) out of which 10% I will return back to you in good faith (Can sign an MOU but not an agreement) Thank you and Regards Nikhilesh S Kumar

If he transferred the property by a registered deed then he cannot claim it back.
