Iam From Telangana State (earlier Andhra Pradesh)
My Father-in-law( Retd Govt.Employee) died in the year 2012 without leaving a 'WILL'. We have 'Family Member Certificate' issued by MRO on which there are 4 family members. Iam mentioning here along with the relation ship with the died person viz., WIFE,TWO Daughters and Mother. My Father_In_Law's WIFE and ONE daughter along with her children are residing in the House which is on my Father In Law name (Died person).
Recently my Father_in_law's Mother expired. So, my question is after the death of my father_in_law's Mother, does her other children have any rights over the property since my FIL's mother's name is also there on 'Family Member Certificate' issued by MRO.
