we have a building consists of two floors(ground floor and first floor) consists of three individual portions both in ground floor and first floor . My grandfather divide the property in groud floor and registered the property to his three sons. My grandfather has 3 sons and 2 daughters. But the property in first floor has not divided and registered till now.
I want a suggustion we want to remodel our portion at first floor so can we do that bcs ground floor was registered. or if any process is required for this plese help me to go to my futher step
