Closure report & protest request by complainant

Hi,

Police have deleted names of A2 to A4 from chargesheet and filed a report saying A2 to A4 are not involved in any way in the case.

But complainant aggravated by above report wants to file a protest request against IO investigation in the court, claiming that A2 to A4 must attend court proceedings and their names were deleted by means of bribe accepted by police.. All this is false. Anyhow..

--> If complainant has to file a protest request.. what should she furnish.

--> Nothing much mentioned about A2 to A4 in FIR.. can complainant add some new oral statements which is not mentioned in Case report or FIR .. to frame A2 to A4..

--> How can such request be defended...

The Supreme Court said recently that someone whose name does not figure either in an FIR or a chargesheet but whose role in an alleged crime surfaces during the course of a trial would be subjected to the said trial.Complainant can give information to the court.
