Co-operative society act

We have a plot in co-operative housing society. The original land owned by the govt and leased to Housing society for 999 years. For new building construction we have submited building plan to Muncipal Corporation.I would like to know weather the NOC of the society is neccesary to plan sanction from corporation.

Our CHS society is going for Redevolopment . Some genuinely aggreived members have filed a case in cooperative court as certain mandatory rules have not been followed by the MC. Few hearings have taken place in the court but the arguments have not stareted. Meanwhile the society MC is bulldozing & initiating to sign a MOU with a builder. As the matter is before the Co-op court, Can this action by the MC correct or does it amount to contempt of court as the case has not been decided.
