Collecting documents from court

We are involved with a land grabbed case. A person has sold of our property using a forged power of attorney. He has been arrested and forensic lab reports have confirmed forgery. The police has submitted the chargesheet on 420, 465, 468 and 471. We need to get the documents (particularly the forensic lab reports) to cancel the fraudulent registration. Can i petition the criminal court to give us the documents since we are the original complainant. Kindly let us know the procedure.

1. If such F.S.L. report has been admitted as exhibit evidence by the criminal court  the you as comaplainant can get a certfied copy fo such evidence from the court's regsitry.

I am afraid it is of  little use, because charges are yet to be proved, only on out come of the same the court might declare registration is null and void or it may ask to approach civil court for cancellation of the same. Till the prosecution succeeds in its effort, you have to wait or you can move concerned jurisdiction civil court for cancellation of  sale deed, as they are forged.
