Myself & my friend bough 2 site in a revenue layout.
My friends site dimention 40*40.
My dimention 40*30
Later we identified that inbetween us 40*12 sq ft is available. (originally corner plot was planned to have 40*52) But sold only 40*40. Now land owner is labelling this stie as XX/1.
Quesiton is - should we buy this 40*12 legally from land owner.
what are all the things we need to take care, so that in future there will not be any issue.

If we buy this site & share between myself an my frined 40*6 each, what are all things we need to take care.
Land owner says 2 different sale deed for same site XX/1, one for me & another for my friend.
40*12 wil get splitted into 40/6 & 40/6.
Let's if I buy this, how can i utilize this for construction.
Earlier i had 40*30. Now adding this land i get 40*36. Originally i have composite loan (land + construction) for my 40*30 site. Now in that case how do i make this 2 different sites (40*6 & 40*30) into one 40*36) & get/continue loan from bank.
for that 40*6, should i get Katha (B). - I am in Bangalore.
Do I require amalgamation for these two sites? Since both the sites are registered to my name, should I go ahead & construct house. Before I start the construction i wanted sort out this issue. so that in future i should get any issue.
