The following query was raised by me at the Experts’ column of LAWYERSCLUBINDIA on behalf of a needy woman.

This has been my solitary query in the last three years REPEAT solitary query in lthe ast three years in the EXPERTS’ COLUMN.

QUOTE

A husband and his mother shunted out wife from her matrimonial home and are not prepared to allow her to enter the house for many months. She came to her parents home at that time without much resistance thinking that situation will improve after some time. But, all requests of the wife to husband and mother-in-law through telephone, e-mails and speed posts to take her home or allow her to enter her matrimonial home have been turned down by them. As long time has passed, wife has decided now to suddenly enter her matrimonial home herself without informing husband/mother-in-law and to live there even if they do not talk to her. Please advise what action husband and mother-in-law can take against her for sudden entry in her matrimonial home after many months.

It will be appreciated that LAWYERSCLUBINDIA is providing opportunity to public to raise queries free of cost but also does not bind any expert to reply the query. On the other hand, people raise queries about their respective problems only to seek advice/guidance from experts to adopt best course of action. So, why grudge from any side for any query raised by any body.

In the above background, following questions arise:

1. what is "academic" about the above query , which states a real life problem being faced by a needy woman.

2. how much the querist can earn by getting advice on raising the instant query on the Experts’ Column on behalf of a needy women on this real life problem being faced by her.

3. how concern (with the wife/husband ) of the person, who raises this query, affects LAWYERSCLUBINDIA or any expert on the Experts’ Column (as he is not at all bound to entertain the query).

COMMENTS ARE SOUGHT ON THIS FORUM   WITH RESPECT TO  HULLABALOO RAISED AND SOLIDARITY SHOWN BY EXPERTS AT THEIR COLUMN WITH RESPECT TO ABOVE QUERY, WHICH HAS BEEN  RAISED ON BEHALF OF A NEEDY WOMAN FACING A REAL LIFE PROBLEM

A person who needs help in subject that he does not know well, seeks help and support, also.

In case a query that appears academic is  not replied, then an attempt can be made so that query does not appear to be academic.

The querist has referred one thread:

Another thread of querist:

Both are self explanatory.

It is not understood why Mr. Doab has taken on himself to pollute minds of experts and others against me and for that has gone to the extent of digging out old links and picking  lines from themi to suit his convenience and highlighting them..

.Kindly must read my responses to Mr. Doab's reactions on the following link and you eill understand the position:

You may like to ask Mr. Doab to  make an attempt so that the above main  query does not appear to be 'Academic'..

Post names of all Top and all Leading and dedicated experts that have posted in all threads initiated by you.

You have  nothing else to do?

Other than endlessly arguing and wasting time!

The needy woman and others if any, in reality,  can post their  queries themselves.

Post the full conatct detais of these needy woman and others, and we shall suggest some counsel that may be available at thier locations and resolve their issues.

Or spare them, and let them post their issues if any, themselves.

Ther are thousands of querist and authors that have successfully resolved their issues from the  proficient counsels of experts at LCI.

You seem to be the lone one that has been deprived of it.

Obviously due to your own conduct.

Due to you the needy woman that you claim you want to help, is also deprived.

Ask her to post her query, herself.

You haved been rejected.

Try to digest the truth.

Mr. Doab,

Let people on this Forum  know from  you independently as to from which side the following query is "ACADEMIC", without giving your advice on the query:
