Commission report for partition

Hi, i have a partition suit filed in my family. District court given the verdict favouring me and my father (opponent) moved to high court. But high court referred to District court to proceed with a commission and submit the report with proposed partition details to avoid any time delay till the High court verdict released.

Can someone provide the general steps followed in a good / genuine / formal commissioner's role & steps to complete the partition?

1. Site visit to all assets completed

2. Proposal from one party submitted to commissioner and under review

3 Opposite party delays submision of the report to delay the process

4. Should we go for survey?

5. Commissioner to discuss with both parties on queries on proposals??

6. Commissioiner to submit the report to district court with a copy to both parties?

7. Any party can raise dispute / objection on the commissioner's report?

Coordinate with the local District Court Registrar, for your requirements.
