hi, my previous comp was having 1 mnth notice period and i had served them the same though was on bench when resign and company not able to give work, in last 4 days of notice period mgr daid that he will release early and adjust against paid leaves remainin,as i said more than one mnth paid leave are available, mgr said will adjust 4 days and remain raise leave encashment.as per mgr advise submitted the resign again after changin new last date( as system nto allow to change in exist record, hence withdrw it and put again with new date as mgr tells) reason mention in new resig is last date reschedule.but now in full an final settlement, instead of encashment, comp is askingfor recovery as notice per not serve, which is wrong.is ter ny legal way to avail encash and get justice?
