I need a suggestion. I was working with a company Future soft Solutions pvt ltd. in Delhi. Company provides AMC’s, FMS & related Support services for IT. I joined them on 14th January 2014. At the time of joining the company appointed me for one specific corporate client’s project to provide Server & Printer's Hardware support to 7 Locations in Delhi NCR. and I agreed the CTC ( which includes Travel expenses as well) for that project only, but later on managers of other projects started taking my services for their projects as well and wanted me to serve on 24X7 Environment. After this I spoke with my HR manager to increase at least my travelling allowance as it was going beyond of what I was getting. He assured me to provide solution in next 2-3 days after consulting my Project manager, but didn’t get any response from him, again I raised my issue to my project manager and he promised me resolve my issues by discussing with the senior managers, by the time I was keep on working on my project and the other projects as well, but after waiting for more 10-15 days when I did not received any response from my seniors, then I emailed to our VP (service delivery) and kept HR & project manager in loop for such issue but didn’t received any response from him then I stopped working for other projects of FSPL, then my Project manager forced me to do the all project calls by saying that you were hired for all fspl projects not for the one specified projects and It was mistakenly told me by HR at the time of joining. I was feeling cheated and I asked for the meeting to VP and discussed him my issues but he manipulated me and asked me to work for all fspl projects. which meant spending of money from my pocket which was not at all acceptable to me and I was forced to resign on 18th of march 2014.After the resignation the company is not settling my claim. Not giving my salary and my expense that I was forced to pay for them. Please help. i have the mail and resignation mail sent to them. i was on probation for six months and i resigned the company from Immediate effect.
