I am an Engineer by profession and setting up a System integration company in Dehradun(Uttarakhand), I am want to start a company with least expendeture and investment with 70% service and 30 % sales .
I want to learn more about the dealing policy by GOI and how can I move forward as i am confused to register for either VAT or Service tax or for both. people also asked me to register for Shop & establishment act as I am confused and do not have a good person to know and learn about Legalities in these areas.
Please suggest to the best and help me develop a source of knowledge to be utilised for all.
