You need to seek permission from both the university and ICSI to pursue the course as per existing norms

No. It is the xisting policy that no one is allowed to pusue two different degrees/courses under same unversity or different university simultenously.

You can pursue Company Secretaryship alongwith any other course/ degree/ diploma fom any other University.
CS is a professional course,..hence u can do it along with any other course.
I did my B.Com, M.Com with CS.
Not to worry...IT IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL :)
