Company share holder

Plz see the websites of the company for this information and if you wan't a certified information,you can file an RTI to get related information.

Visit website of MCA (www.mca.gov.in) and download annual return filed by the company (which will contain list of shareholders) after logging in and paying inspection fee of Rs50/- online.

 

@prashant... I will be very greatful if u can tell me in which section of mca i can find annual return of the company.? N can i know about company's director personal income tax return to ?
