Company terminated without full settlement

My company has terminated me and saying it is a separation from company and giving 45 days notice
So that they don't have to pay on termination day. After 4 days i have mistakenly asked current company for resignation because i was about to have offer from some company. Initially they said in email that it is matter of separation , and after few days they accepted the resignation with only fnf of 2 week.
Is it right?

Hello,

You have given resignation and company has accepted resignation. I will suggest you to consult with local advocate he may find out some solution.

There is lot of difference between "termiantion" which is a punishment awarded by disciplinary authority to deliquent official and "resignation" is voluntarily leaving the job by an employee.

Be clear and specific what is there in your case.

Was it a voluntary termination (you gave your resignation) or termination by retrenchment (company sacked you)? the position is different in each case; please clarify

Is there any provision for volutary punishment of termination from service ?
