CAN A DIVORCEE DAUGHTER IS ELIGIBLE TO GET EMPLOYMENT ON THE GROUND OF COMPASSIONATE EMPLOYEMENT

Dear Sir,

Please clarify what type of compassionate employment are you looking for? If it is after ex-husband's death, then she is not entitled. If the compassion is because of divorce, then also there is no provision for the same, at least in government jobs.
