Dear sirs
I had booked a flat ( total value 28 lacs.only). l had paid lumsum 20% amount(6 lacs ) in feb 2015 prior to agreement of sell.possession date was last Dec 2016. Unfortunatelly my possession has not given yet. also CLU of that property is not residential but as Karkhana.So I have only option to go consumer court because he is not replying to legal notice given by me.but where should we go district forum or state forum? please reply
