Respected madam,
First of all there are so many counters in the Bank for dealing with the custiomer,these facilitates them to go to the particular man/window for their transaction. In the instant case, during making inquiry from bank person,customer alleges that due to rude behaviour of your bank employee he suffred from high BP and got hospitalised and after treatment he died. In this case there is no proof of rude behavoiur,simply telling that 'this is loan department' is not a cause of death for which the employee can not be held responsible. Before issuing notice to the employee, pl check the CCTV footage,if available, or record a statement and findout the fact. Giving Rs 1 Cr compensation is not correct and justified.

The legal cell of the bank should take care to put facts beforre court.
Hope you have preserved the CCTV footage and witnesses are there.
