Get the social security number of the person and all other things will be easy, the person will be located even from deep sea.

When a reverse search is conducted on someones social security number without someone's concern that itself is a big crime in U.S. .........once again searching someone (Even google can do that there is no need of SSN ) and extraditing someone is whole different thing.

@SaritA, don't misuse section 498A,406,323 of Ipc as a weapon. You have never mentioned about any issues relating dowry in your post and you lodged complaint using 498a just to punish your hubby. 498a is the most misused ipc section, people like you.
